Needless to say, I’m sick after all of it … but that’s what I get for being nice to people and agreeing to take care of their dogs. And last weekend it was a 5 year old and a puppy … I don’t know which one was more exhausting, but at least I didn’t get sick last weekend.

The upside? I got to take some cute pictures of the dogs playing, and I did get my taxes done :)

So there’s this red, pretty official looking Emergency button on the wall next to the kitchen at my work. I’ve never pressed it because … well, there’s never been an emergency.

It simply says: IN CASE OF EMERGENCY PUSH HERE

Today I learned the button yodels. That’s right you heard me, it yodels. You press it and yodeling fills the air. And I feel like an idiot.

Of course I’m the only person in the office who didn’t realize that the button is a prank, that it yodels, and that in case of an emergency it would just confuse the heck out of me by yodeling.

After embarrassing myself in front of Iman, Kelly and possibly Zach and Mike who were not too far off, I decided to google it, and sure enough … the yodeling button is an Archie McPhee invention.

I’ve completely forgotten about all the useless and hilarious junk you can get there!

So I’m not mad at myself anymore, but I will be ordering this heart shaped egg shaper and I love you toast stamper :)
