I think I’m one of them sometimes … please beware of the control freaks and the clueless … By nature the people who are drawn to project management are those who like to be in charge. They’re usually control freaks that have to take charge of every little detail of the project. They love to micromanage and tend to demoralize their team members with their controlling behaviors. They’re also not very good listeners and tend to jump to conclusions.
